tests: parse_command set_volume edge cases (#73)
Add unit tests for parse_command in src/utils/commands.rs to ensure robust handling of set_volume edge cases including missing or invalid volume and id arguments. Co-authored-by: google-labs-jules[bot] <161369871+google-labs-jules[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>
